Delhi's overall AQI was recorded at 421 on Thursday morning. Experts had proposed to create artificial rain around November 20 and 21, as the weather forecast for those days predicted 40% cloud cover over the national capital, which is a prerequisite. After this reviewing the plan, the Delhi government will present the plan before the Supreme Court and request the Center to cooperate with it. If the Supreme Court orders, the experts may conduct the first pilot project of artificial rain in Delhi around November 20 and 21.
